[Bug 131908] 7.10 Gusty Gibbon flashplugin-nonfree will not install (bad postinst file)

On a clean install gusty gibbon i386 machine:
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree 

It will precede to download and setup but has an error.  Here is a copy
of my output:

Seems to be something wrong in the postinst file.
