[Bug 131110] [gutsy tribe 3] Thunderbird address book "edit contact" too big for 1280x800, also not resizeable

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mozilla-thunderbird

The size of the address book "edit contact" window in Thunderbird
2.0.0.6 does not fit.  The window is too tall on my 1280x800 resolution
(common on many laptops).

Also, when manually trying to resize the window the border-click to drag
the size is seen as a right click on the menu bar and shows options for
'always on top', 'move to window', etc.
