[Bug 83229] Re: could not close window with ctrl-W until I clicked on the background

I have experienced this. If I have loads of tabs open, It has to be more
than will fit on the tab bar, so the arrow appears at the end on the
right.

THen when I start hitting Ctrl + W to start closing them, they will
close successfully, until there are enough to just fill the tab bar.
Ctrl + W stops working unless I click inside the window, its as if it
loses focus when the previous tab closes.
