[Bug 130657] RENAME failed when trying to delete IMAP folder

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mozilla-thunderbird

1) Configure Thunderbird with an IMAP, one that does not allow nested folders on the server.
2) Create a new folder
3) Delete the newly created folder, this will result in this message:

"The current command did not succeed. The mail server responded: RENAME
failed: Can't create mailbox node /home/xxx/Trash/: File exists." [OK]

This bug should be fixed by warning the user (after the initial confirm
question) that it cannot create subfolders on the server (in the Trash
folder or in any other place) and ask the user to cancel or permanently
delete the folder anyway without placing it in Trash first. If the
folder which has to be deleted has any messages, these have to be moved
to the Trash folder.

Also creation of subfolders with these IMAP configuration results in no
subfolder but also not in a warning like above so users can ask the
sysadmin more directly what to enable. In case a user would like to
create a subfolder which is not allowed on the server, this should be
displayed as a warning.

This bug is in version 1.5.0.12 (20070604).
