[Bug 130134] [gutsy gibbon]firefox disabled most of the themes that are installed

Public bug reported:

when i installed firefox 2.0.0.5 most of my installed themes got
disabled (they say they will installed or updated on the next firefox
reboot but i have done that some times, without any changing). this
problem also kept going on when i installed firefox 2.0.0.6. can that be
repaired?
