Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mozilla-thunderbird

To reproduce: Open Thunderbird in a maximized window. Select an email so
that it is showing in the Message Pane in the lower right section of the
screen. Right click near the bottom right corner.

Expected result: Thunderbird brings up the right click context menu.

Actual result: The context menu flashes on for a split second,
disappears, and the email message is deleted.

Version: Thunderbird 1.5.0.10 in Ubuntu 7.04

If I right click without releasing the button, the context menu appears
above the mouse pointer. The option to "Delete Message" is closest to
the pointer. Releasing the mouse button deletes the message.

** Affects: mozilla-thunderbird (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
