[Bug 107683] Swedish translation for firefox.desktop

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mozilla-firefox

The file /usr/share/applications/firefox.desktop does not include a Swedish translation.
I have discussed this with the Swedish Mozilla translators and they have not seen this as their responsibility.

Please add:

Name[sv]=Webbläsaren Firefox
Comment[sv]=Surfa på webben
GenericName[sv]=Webbläsare
