[Bug 107247] Re: cursor-key navigation in bugs broken with Firefox

(Dealing with mid-air collisions in bug reports is bug 28459.)

To be clear, nothing in Launchpad can put Firefox into cursor navigation
(aka "caret browsing") mode; that is a Firefox problem. But as for the
"sometimes it just apparently refuses to scroll ... until I switch to
another tab and back", that is a separate regression, which I have just
reported as bug 107376.
