[Bug 105002] Firefox sticks to panel

Binary package hint: firefox

When Firefox is launched in Feisty it is initially "stuck" to the under-
side of the top panel and cannot be dragged away.  A workaround is to in
turn maximise and then click on middle icon to restore size to
unmaximise ... t is then draggable.
