OK, here's the same Hebrew text sample as before, as viewed in Konqueror
on my Ubuntu Feisty system.  Most of the vowel points are in their
correct places, but a few are shown in separate boxes instead of being
merged into the preceding letter (i.e., the character to the right of
the box).  This is NOT acceptable; the text really needs to look just
like the Windows example in my previous comment.
