[Bug 103805] Very Slow Secure Websites

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

Using firefox to browse to secure websites, it takes a long time to load
the secure webpage. Most times around a minute.

There are no crashes. I do not have a proxy set up.

For example...
http://wiki.ubuntu.com  loads within 3 seconds. Whereas https://wiki.ubuntu.com takes somewhere around 50 seconds to load.

I don't know what type of information I should attach as this isn't a
crash.
