Updating vim-ale package

I don't know if I can email this list or not. I just found the email 
address on a website. I'm just writing to inform whoever is maintaining 
the vim-ale package that there are newer versions of ALE available, and 
they should work with older systems just as well as the current vim-ale 
package version. See here:

The version I can see for Jammy is 3.1.0.
