openjfx for OpenJDK 8 in Ubuntu 18.10

Hello all,

Can anyone help me to install openjfx for OpenJDK 8 in Ubuntu 18.10? The
package is in 11+ version[1] and I can't find a package for openjdk 8.
Version 11 expects OpenJDK 10 or 11.
