Update request for the libtinyxml2 package

Dear Simon and Robie,
thanks for your fast response.
The version 4.0.1 of tinyxml2 is affected by this problem.
The only Ubuntu distribution using this version is Zesty at the moment.
As Zesty is to this moment the most recent version Ubuntu and still
supported till next January I guess this patch would still be nice to be
merged and distributed.
Since the impact of this patch is that a valid XML document can't be parsed
I assume it as quite critical.
So according to Robie's proposal I will issue an SRU request and will try
to convince the SRU team to update this non-LTS version of Ubuntu.
