how to use epic4 or epic5 with ssl support

HI guys,
     I am new to epic5(epic4). Now I have some problems: I can not 
connect to IRC server which use ssl protocal.

     The following is my case:

     What's more, I have tried to recompile epic5 with ssl support, but 
it still does not work!
