pacpl dependency not installed: faac

Hello Maintainer(s),

I just installed the pacpl package "4.0.3-2ubuntu1" (the latest) from
the Synaptic Package Manager on a fully updated Ubuntu 9.04 desktop
system.

pacpl -f

shows that faac is a dependency, but it was not installed.  I went
back into Synaptic Package Manager and installed it separately.
(Before this, I tried running pacpl to convert aiff to m4a, and it
would not work until I separately installed faac.)
