Maintainer/XSBC-Original-Maintainer in Ubuntu packages

As a matter of personal policy I don't change the maintainer if I happen
to make an Ubuntu change on a package I maintain in Debian.  Soyuz doesn't
mind a bit.  dpkg-buildpackage whines, but that's it.
