smtpguard problems

Actually, in addition to this - smtpguard was removed from Debian with
the following reason [1].

* Package is orphaned.
* Can't find an upstream source.
* Alternatives exist (i.e. qpsmtpd, sa-exim, spampd).

Based on the above, Ubuntu will probably follow and remove the package also.

I did find http://sourceforge.net/projects/flexguard/ as an upstream.
Last commit there as April 2006.
