packaging question: "binary-without-manpage"

Hi,

I'm trying to package osmose
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/281839), mostly in order to
learn a few things about packaging.
I've been having a few rounds with lintian, and I'm down to one issue,
namely "binary-without-manpage".

What is one supposed to do if there's no manpage provided with the source?
