As I didn't set up this vote, I can't tell you how the TB will determine
the winners or what the effect of the "None of the above" option is.

I just wanted to inform that a vote is going on. So we don't have to
redo the vote in two weeks because nobody voted as they didn't notice
that a vote was going on.
