how to submit a atftp server patch

You can check Freshmeat
(http://freshmeat.net/projects/atftp/?branch_id=133). To submit a patch -
either get in contact with the maintainer of the package or send a message
to the Ubuntu-patches ML. I would suggest getting the dpkg-source and
applying your patch against it and sending that along with the diff of your
patch. Makes life easier.

I am looking to submit a patch for the atftp server and am wondering 
what the process involves (or where i can go to find out).
I also have had no luck at all in trying to find any sort of CVS 
repository for this package.
