Can't find application

Dear Sirs,

 

I have successfully installed Freemind 0.7.1-6ubuntu3, but I can’t find this
application under Applications.

 

How to run this application?

Why do I get Freemind 0.7.1-6ubuntu3 when the current version according to
the homepage of Freemind is 0.8.1?
