Using libpam-otpw with sshd?

Sorry to bother you, but I'm wondering if you've got any advice on making OTPW
work with SSH.  (You're listed as the package maintainers.)  For me, everything
works fine (according to the logs) except that the password prompt doesn't
display the OTP number (making it unusable).  Any advice you can toss this way
would be greatly appreciated!
