Wiki page about NBS

Hi all!

Since our wiki lacks of a page describing NBS, and after a short 
"lesson" held by persia on #ubuntu-motu, I wrote a wiki page about this 
argument [1].

Comments, corrections and suggestions about parts to improve or topics 
to add/widen will be greatly appreciated.

Furthermore, that page is in temporary position under MOTU/. Ideas about 
the best place where that page should be moved to will be appreciated as 
well (MOTU/recipes/ maybe?).
