Perhaps, rather than a session on freeze exceptions, someone might
be willing to lead a session on patch review and testing (there are
between 400 and 1600 unreviewed patches in the bugtracker, depending
how one counts)? Another couple alternates that might make sense as
part of release preparation would be "Tracking down build failures",
"Maintainer script checking and updates", or the like.
