Please file a bug in launchpad at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/frozen-bubble/+filebug
and attach your patch there.

The best would probably be, if you could attach a Debdiff (Patch between
fixed and unfixed .deb) against the current package in Hardy, so someone
could sponsor the upload.
