asrterisk-oh323 incorrect dependency

Hi,

 

Package asrterisk-oh323 lists libpt-1.10.0, and happily installed on my
system with libpt-1.10.0, but fails to load, as it was compiled against
libpt-1.10.2.

libpt-1.10.2 is not available.
