motu-release needs you

Actually, I'm involved with motu-sru team too. Luckily, the great
majority of bugs affecting stable releases has been processed, so I
should have time to serve as motu-release team member.

I never acted as release manager for Universe before, but serving for
motu-sru helped me to better understand regression potential and provide
guidance on how to proceed for more complex tasks.
