Cleaning up remaining NBS: broken packages in universe

Hi all,

I just removed the remaining NBS packages [1] from Hardy, for release
preparation. I did a few rebuilds for more important packages to build
them against the current libraries, but I did not do all of them.

The first name is the package which got removed, the list afterwards
are the packages which became uninstallable due to the removal. If
anyone cares about any of those, now is a good time to do the
rebuilds/fixes to get them installable/buildable again:

libgdk-pixbuf-gnome-dev: telegnome
libmagick9: librmagick-ruby1.8 oxine
libgsl0: complearn-gui
libnetcdf3: octave2.1-forge minc-tools[sparc, lpia]
libomniorb4c2: python-omniorb2 (FTBFS in current Hardy)

Thanks,

Martin
