The times have been rotated recently, between 0 and 12 UTC.

This is why people need to speak up. If you want a different day, just say so, and it will be taken as a
suggestion.
As it is, nobody has put anything concrete forward as a suggestion, so I would like to propose Friday, October
5th, at 20:00UTC. I know it doesn't suit those of us in the asia pacific/oceniania, but we have been present
at a lot of recent meetings, so I think its time we gave more people in Europe/US a chance to attend.
If no other suggestions are put forward in the next 24 hours, this time will become the next meeting time.
