RFC, next meeting time.

Wasn't it agreed some time ago to rotate the meetings? If so, I think
00:00, 08:00 and 16:00 UTC could do the trick (for example). This way,
everybody should be able to attend 2 out of 3 meetings.

If we aren't going to rotate, 20:00 works for me.

Also, two weeks is ok, but has it to be on Friday? Or could we change it
to another day, as, let's say... Wednesday?
