PATCH for libxcb1.0-3 supporting LIBXCB_ALLOW_SLOPPY_LOCK

Hi,

I am providing a patch for the libxcb problem with java apps that I
have tested on my machine running Hardy. A java app like jconsole
which is in the jdk will run as long as the following is also setup up
in the environment:

# libxcb1 java lock bug
export LIBXCB_ALLOW_SLOPPY_LOCK=1
export LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libXm.so.2

I hope this is in the right format for you. If not please let me know
how I can generate a patch file that is more useful to you.

It would be good to get this into the distributions since without it
it is not possible to work with the Google Web Toolkit for instance.
