Hello everybody,

I just added a few headers to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/Headers -
especially meeting times etc are now included into the MOTU Header. 

That way we
      * can re-use meeting times and other dates in several wiki pages
        by just updating one page
      * don't have to edit (and break) a complicated wiki table, but
        just a simple page.

Also, I added https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/Events (which makes use of
the dates).
