Order of packages on REVU

That's not really on my list, but any patches are welcome. See [1] for the 
code.

This is pretty much a long standing issue which wasn't done yet because:
1) the database scheme would need to be changed to model this (or otherwise 
badly abused)
2) the code for comments needs to get changed (currently any comment is 
displayed as is, so this allows cross site scripting attacks)
3) Currently REVU only creates new user accounts once someone who's in REVU's 
keyring uploads a package. This needs to be changed as well.
and of course 
4) No REVU developer had the time to get this started yet (or would rather 
work on REVU2, the long announced vaporware).

and 
5) The fact that REVU is very hard to set up and has lots of hard coded 
directories means that it's also hard to contribute... I'm usually testing my 
patches on the production site because of this, which is surely non-ideal.
