    I'd like to advocate the use of a pastebin during interactive
discussions on #ubuntu-motu for this purpose.  It provides a means by
which experienced contributors can participate in package review, but
does so in such a way that 1) The comments are not persistant (in case
there is a mistake), 2) REVU Comments are directly related to
acceptances or rejections, and 3) MOTUs present in the channel may
oversee the review, adding comments where appropriate.

    I used this model as a contributor, and believe both that I
provided real help to the packagers, and that I learned a lot from
corrections by MOTUs when I provided suboptimal recommendations.
