FTBFS problem

I'm working on LP Bug #126537 [1] but i have a problem i don't know how
to solve. When building it installs j2sdk1.4 (package depends on it),
which has a ncurses dialog to accept the license and it's not showed
when building. When i install it on my system it shows this dialog where
one must accept the license, but on the build it stops installing this
package and i presume is for that reason. Is there any way to make that
the dialog is showed or use any option to accept the license by default.
