I upgraded to Feisty last night, and libapache2-mod-php4 (from Edgy
universal) is not upgraded to libapache2-mod-php5 and php is left in a
broken state. I don't necessarily think it is worth filing (and
fixing) as a bug, but thought I would informally report it. I only had
it installed as we (WordPress.org) still support it -- but I am happy
for one more reason not to ;-)
