I believe the current status is that it is pending on Soyuz being
capable of it, like many of the other features that we'd like have been
for the past year or two.

Grumpy would probably be a very good place for KDE4 to go at the moment,
however we don't have such a thing at the moment (/me kicks LP a bit).
