When I look at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xvidcore/ I see
there:
 - 2:1.1.2-0.1ubuntu2 for gutsy
 - 2:1.1.2-0.1ubuntu1.1 for feisty-updates

When I look than at http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/multiverse/x/xvidcore/
I see there the debs for feisty-updates and they are also listed at
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/feisty-updates/multiverse/binary-i386/Packages.gz

I checked it from a feisty chroot (pbuilder, AMD64) and they are found:
