SRU for xvid in feisty

I'm sorry to reactivate an old thread, since people might be quite busy 
with gutsy.

I can see new libxvidcore4 packages at 
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/multiverse/x/xvidcore/

However, they don't appear in Feisty's repositories, nor do they appear 
after a search in http://packages.ubuntu.com/feisty/libs/libxvidcore4

If I try to install the packages in Feisty, it doesn't work - they 
depend on a newer libc6 than the one available in Feisty.

Even though 
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/multiverse/x/xvidcore/xvidcore_1.1.2-0.1ubuntu2.dsc 
  has Feisty as a target, it seems like the packages might have been 
built for Gutsy.

Can anybody please tell me in which list I should voice this problem?
