Sponsoring Process

Hello everybody,

I'm happy to say that the recent changes in the sponsorship process are
working out really really well.

I just wrote http://daniel.holba.ch/sponsoring/ which is updated every
half an hour, which I hope will help with finding out who is handling
which bug.

Thanks everybody who's contributing patches and thanks everybody who's
helping out reviewing: you're making Ubuntu a better place.
