UVF exception for muine-shell.

what's the deal with this package? I thought it was in Ubuntu before,
but just got removed for some reason and needed to be included again, or
am I mistaken?

If it's a NEW package (its source was never in Ubuntu archive before),
then you'd need to talk to Matt and Colin (it's past Feature Freeze
now).
