UVF exception: krusader 1.70.0

I looked through the changelog. It looks to me a quite big jump, but
there are many many bugfixes, which we won't get otherwise. However
there is always the danger that we introduce new bugs with this new
version.

This having said, I'm undecided. I'd say prepare a binary package so
that users can actually test it. if we get positive feedback, lets
update the package.
