UVF exception request: apt-proxy 1.9.33

Hello,

I would like to request a UVF exception for apt-proxy, from
1.9.32ubuntu2 currently in dapper to Debian's 1.9.33 (will be merged as
1.9.33ubuntu1).

Rationale:
  - With python-twisted 2.1.0 currently in dapper, apt-proxy 1.9.32ubuntu2
    doesn't work at all (malone #29267)
  - 1.9.33 is a release focused on bugfixes and doc/translation updates,
    it's probably easier and less error-prone to just merge new Debian
    version instead of cherry-picking the patch

The diff of changelog, as well as the diffstat of all the change between
1.9.32 and 1.9.33 are attached.

The debdiff from 1.9.33 to the proposed 1.9.33ubuntu1 from my merging
work is attached in malone #29267.  The debian/changelog entry:

apt-proxy (1.9.33ubuntu1) dapper; urgency=low

  * Resynchronize with Debian.
    - Work correctly with python-twisted (>= 2.1.0).  (Ubuntu #29267)
  * Add a missing comma in the Depends line in debian/control.
  * Ubuntu specific changes:
    - doc/apt-proxy.conf:  Set min_refresh=1s.
    - debian/init.d:  Use LSB init-functions.
    - debian/install:  Install into python2.4 dirs instead of python2.3.
