UVF exception: fortunes-spam (1.2-1 to 1.3-0ubuntu1)

Hello,

I'd like to request an UVF exception for fortunes-spam. It's a trivial 
package and the only changes are additions of new cookies taken from the 
current spam messages.

The new source package has been uploaded to REVU:

Diffstat is attached.

Changes (summary of upstream's changelog and debian/changelog):

* version 1.3 - 09 Oct 2005
   - 80 new cans of spam.
   - 14 new cans of Italian spam.

fortunes-spam (1.3-0ubuntu1) dapper; urgency=low

   * New upstream version.
   * debian/rules:
     - Remove unused debhelper utilities.
   * Add debian/watch file.
