UVF exception request for xfce packages

Hello

1) exo and thunar to be synced from debian. Both projects are heading
towards an 1.0 release so they are just getting better.

2) xfce packages (xfce4-panel, libxfce4*, xfwm4, xfce4-session) not sync 
from debian (as there are no packages there yet) but updating from 
current upstream svn in the move from 4.2 to the upcoming 4.4 release.

both of these are probably going to be recurring requests at least until 
the preview release. They do not affect anything besides xubuntu related 
stuff so are no risk for ubuntu/kubuntu/rest of universe.
