I thought about this a  bit, I think it shouldn't be a problem to create
a new strike force team in Launchpad, and use a list like
https://launchpad.net/people/motu/+subscribedbugs to see where stand.

Going from http://people.ubuntu.com/~pitti/scripts/requestsync it could
be easy to get something working to mass file a bunch of bugs. I think
I'll knock something up.
