Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ktorrent

Help->KDE Help Center Handbook
results a pop-up saying

   "The file or folder help:/ktorrent/index.html does not exist."

Clicking OK results in a KDE Help viewer with the text "There is no
documentation available for /ktorrent/index.html."

The docs should either be included in the ktorrent package, or else the
error message should say how to install the docs.

Note: I installed ubuntu karmic, not Kubuntu, but the ktorrent package
seems to be installed anyway.
