App proposal - tuned-audio-tools

Dear MOTUs,

I've written a small app that was used extensively where I work. I
decided to release it, so I've created a project on launchpad:

PPA with stable releases:

https://launchpad.net/~tuned-dev/+archive/releases

(unfortunately oneiric builder had hanged up - I am waiting for the unlock)


and even man pages and website!

Is there any chance to put that package in the universe repository to
make it available from the next ubuntu release?
