Rails support packages for review please

In my mission to elevate Ubuntu to the best Linux desktop for
developing Rails applications, I've uploaded the following packages
which I would really, really like to get included in the Gutsy
distribution before the freeze.

The first is 'rails-toolkit' which is essentially a dependency package
that pulls in all the other packages required by a Rails development
environment, plus a few scripts and the like to make things easier.

The second is 'sqlite-ruby' which just fills a gap in the Rails
database connectors. 'libpgsql-ruby',
